Crossmembers to Main Beam Interface Each 4" aluminum crossmember connects to the main beam via a "seat". This method of connection transfer the weight of the load directly to the back-bone of the trailer.
Hendrickson INTRAAX Suspension The Hendrickson INTRAAX suspension combines the axle and suspension as a fully integrated unit
High Tensile Steel Flanges 5" wide, 130 KSI grade high-tensile strength steel is used for both top and bottom flanges
Huck Bolts Huck bolts are used where aluminum crossmembers are fastened to the steel main beams
In-Line Air Filter The in-line air filter protects the air system from road debris build-up. The filter is serviceable and replaceable. Extends the duration of the ABS warranty.
Interrupted Rub Rail at Fixed Winch Locations Rub rails have been removed at each fixed winch location, which permits complete access to the winch and allows for a long range of motion with the winch bart

Premium Fir Wood Flooring Premium British Columbia fir has been chosen because it has fewer knots, providing the best combination of durability, overall weight and cost. Every flooring board is fastened to each crossmember using two 5/16” screws.
Rear Bolster of Lead TrailerThe rear bolster of the lead trailer is formed steel with four integrated stake pockets. The bolster is welded to the main beam at the transition to the rear suspension adding rigidity and strength to the rear of the lead trailer.
Stake Pockets Two pipe spools are positioned between the 48” o.c. spaced stake pockets to help prevent damage from side-loading equipment. Each stake pocket and pipe spool is a tested and approved tie-down location, complying with Transport Canada requirements.
Upper Coupler The upper coupler design is one of the most robust in the industry
